Once you place your order with us, we will process it and send out your items to you as soon as possible. You will receive an email detailing your order and giving you a unique order number. Should you have any queries about your order please quote this number in your correspondence to us. This will allow us to find your order information.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or during holidays.
Making a return with us couldn't be easier. Send us an email telling us what you are returning and why. Once we have all the relevant information, we will forward you our return address. All you need to do is pop the item into the packaging and return it to us. Once we receive it, we will credit the card/payment method you used to buy from us. If you have any issues, just contact us. We're here to help!
Please note that items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Item to big or too small? There is no charge to exchange items for a different size. However, all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item. If you wish to make an exchange, just contact us.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will include postal costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Please note that we issue the refunds once items are received and inspected. However, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers and we cannot speed up this process.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Sync and may only be refunded as shop credit.
Please note that due to the ongoing pandemic and delays with the postal service we are allowing an additional 10 days to the above 30 days to make a return.
